G:Palm back strengthening
The palm back insert of the drill bit is strengthened,which can effectively reduce the wear of the tooth palm in abrasive formations or directional wells and horizontal wells,improve the diameter keeping performance of the drill bit,and prolong the service life of the drill bit.
T:Special gage protection for cone
A row of teeth is added between the back taper teeth and the outer row of teeth,which has the dual functions of repairing the well wall and protecting the gear body.
C:Center nozzle
Effectively avoid the bit balling,eliminate the bottom hole fluid stagnation zone,accelerate the upward return of cuttings,and increase the drilling speed of the drill bit.Suitable for soft to medium soft formations with low compressive strength and high drillability.
①Make sure there are no falling objects at the bottom of the well.
② Check that the appearance of the drill is not damaged.
③Prohibited to contact with hard materials such as steel directly.
④Select nozzle and size according to actual needs.
2.Tripping in
①Drill down slowly before approaching the bottom of the well,the mud pump displacement is maximized,the rotation speed is controlled at 30-60rpm,and cycle for 5-10 minutes before approaching the bottom of the well.
② After the drill bit touches the bottom of the well,it is necessary to maintain low WOB,low rotation speed,large displacement,low torque,and the rotation speed cannot exceed 60rpm.
③After drilling for 20 minutes,gradually increase the WOB and rotation speed to a reasonable value.
3.Make connection
①The drill bit can only be lifted off the bottom of the well after natural release of WOB,it cannot be lifted directly.
② After making connection,follow the precautions for the tripping in.
4.Drilling in
①Pay close attention to the changes in the values of SPP and WOB.
② When skipping and rough drilling occur in the drill bit,it is necessary to adjust the WOB and rotation speed in time.
③If you find that the drill bit has no footage,the pump pressure is significantly increased/decreased,the mechanical speed is suddenly reduced,and the torque is increased,etc,immediately pull out the drill bit and check.
